Appointment scheduler – note on first time use & login

Until we work out  a minor  technical issue, current clients will have to log into the site ( username and password) to access the secure area including the scheduler. When you open an appointment scheduler window you will have to enter your name and email in the spaces as prompted again inside the scheduler. After your first  appointment has been made, you can just enter your email and your appointment “account” will open automatically and recall all your details.  This is not as convenient or elegant as was originally intended. Changing your password

All current clients should have received  a username and password to login to the secure area of this site – for example to make appointments and to access the current patient knowledge bases. You can change your assigned password to something you can remember after logging in by simply editing your profile.  Logged in users will see at the top right of their screen in the dark bar a “Howdy Username”  message: if you hover your mouse over this  you will see a drop down menu that includes an option to edit your profile.
