There is now a new way to contact us via the Clinic Help Desk- instant CHAT! Chat not only takes place in real time on your screen  or mobile device, but an entire CHAT conversation can be saved in your Clinic Help Desk area as a support “ticket”. New Login Window – All Issues resolved 4/21/13

Our login window has changed slightly in appearance as a result of new security measures from our hosting service to protect WordPress installations. Your username and password are the same and are entered in the designated fields. Now there is a new field below for using OpenID to login – if you have one.  However, if you do not,  just ignore that  and click the blue  login button  after entering your normal  UN and PW as before....

LogIn Issue – Temporary: Clinic Help Desk Working Fine

  We have a short term problem with  web site logging in for current patients with username and passwords. Last night  and onwards there has been a distributed attack on many WordPress sites and our Internet Hosting  Server has implemented extra security/firewall measures to counter the attacks. This has caused some temporary problems with logging in which should be resolved shortly. New Appointment Scheduler is up  – easier, faster, more user-friendly!

After a many hours evaluating and  fine tuning we have a new appointment scheduler up and running. (December 20th, 2012) Now  when current patients  log into the site the scheduler will recognize your details from that login. The only thing you have to do on FIRST TIME use is give the scheduler permission to use your email address when it asks – this is so you will receive appointment reminders in your email box. The new help is here! Site Support Screencasts…

Video Screencasts have now been added to the web site help pages.  The initial videos include walk through  of logging in to the site, changing your password, and scheduling appointments. The videos can be accessed from the screencast page (click on the HELP drop down menu at the top right of all pages), and are also  listed in the Clinic Help Desk. The videos are HD (high definition) and should stream  to your computer or moblile device as soon as you click on the icon or title.
